Your Mission as CEO
Drive Growth and Innovation. Develop and execute strategic plans to solidify Aventus Group's position as a leader in the global fintech market;
Lead with Vision. Oversee all aspects of company operations, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence;
Optimize and Expand. Streamline internal processes, identify new growth opportunities, and expand our reach into new markets;
Build Strong Relationships. Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction;

Your Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in executive leadership roles;
Minimum 2 years of experience in microfinance/banking (loans) organizations;
Excellent English communication skills;
Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills;
Decisive and confident leadership style;
Deep understanding of business processes and FinTech technologies;
Passion for innovation and driving positive change.
