LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for Radio network planning and optimization engineer to join our business:
Skills requirement:
- At least 2 years GSM/UMTS RNP&RNO experience.
- Good knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE network structure and principles, signaling procedure and radio parameters, knowledge of VoLTE principles.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with RNP&RNO tools like MAE, NetAct, ElasticNet, ENM, OSS-RC, Atoll, U-NET, Schema, TEMS Discovery, TEMS Investigation, Huawei PHU, NEMO, NetAct Optimizer, Q-GIS, etc.
- Experience with Huawei equipment and Huawei MAE/CME will be an advantage.
- Experience in radio network planning/optimization solutions development and methodologies for GSM/UMTS/LTE.
- Good understanding of main LTE features and GSM frequency planning.
- Good at with Excel/VBA/Access database.
- Good communication skill.
- Accept business trip within Ukraine.
- Intermediate or advance level of English.
Responsibilities:
- RF planning and optimization for GSM/UMTS/LTE projects.
- Responsible for RF optimization delivery solutions preparation, GUL network optimization, Radio KPI improvement and features implementation.
- Responsible for RNP&RNO projects implementation and project targets achievement and communication with Customer.
- Responsible for the project success and Customer satisfaction ensuring during the project delivery process.
