LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for a Junior Recruitment Specialist to join the HR team and support our office.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business line managers on recruitment planning and job descriptions.
- Lead the creation of a recruitment and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans and their implementation.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of requirements. - Research and recommend new sources for recruiting active and passive candidates. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Organize a smooth adaptation process.
- Prepare reports.
- Sourcing talent using several channels (job sites, social media, including LinkedIn, etc.);
- Review CVs.
- Conduct pre-call/phone interviews to further explore skills and suitability for the position.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment for at least one year would be a significant advantage.
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Telecommunication/IT industry background would be advantageous.
- Possibility to work from the office in Kyiv.
- Multitasking, self-organization and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and can-do attitude.
