Deputy Commercial Director
Place of work: hybrid office and remote work in Kyiv
"DEMINETEK UKRAINE" company is looking for a responsible and experienced person to join its team for the position of Deputy Commercial Director. For 30 years, the company has specialized in demining operations and disposal of unexploded ordnance. Performs identification and disposal of mines and explosive devices by personnel trained and qualified according to UN and NATO standards.
?Having created its subsidiary company in Ukraine, DEMINETEK decided to apply its experience in a large project on demining the lands of Ukraine.
Requirements:
• Work experience of 2 years or more in the field of commerce or sales;
• Higher education (economic or technical);
• Confident skills of conducting negotiations and working with clients;
• Skills in the field of public and private procurement;
• Knowledge of the market and trends in the field of wholesale trade;
• High level of English;
• High level of communication and leadership qualities.
Duties:
• Analysis of the market and competitors;
• Management of the commercial department;
• Management of tenders and consultations;
• Respond to tender applications and advise clients together with technical management;
• Development of a sales strategy and its implementation;
• Search for subcontractors and suppliers;
• Planning and coordination of work with clients;
Interaction with state bodies;
• Report on the completed work to the management;
• Monitor sales activity at the local level;
• Negotiate, finalize and propose commercial proposals within the scope of competence
