Key Account manager
MAIN TASKS IN THE JOB:
- Develop, align and execute quarterly plans of joint actions with key customers that will enable
- profitable business growth
- Ensure quality execution in-store presence (both online and off-line)
- Ensure product availability at customers` stores and facilitate quality order intake
- Manage customers` assortment, distribution, promotions and activations
- Influence customers` orders to enable effectiveness for the aligned scope of joint activations and
- plans
- Cooperate with Trade&Shopper marketing, Digital and Marketing departments to align long-
- term plans for customers` business development and also execution growth strategy in each of our product categories
- Cooperate with Field Sales team to ensure proper execution at store level
- Plan and execute utilization of customer activation funds
- Manage customers` Account Receivables to ensure on-time payment.
- Perform other job related tasks required to maximize business results
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in sales function 3+ years
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Advanced PC user (MS Office); Excel strong knowledge
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
