We announce vacant position Regional Commercial Manager for our Health business.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Regional Commercial Manager to lead and drive our sales efforts across half of Ukraine (Centre+East) in Pharm and Mass channels. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and achieving our business objectives in the respectful region.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, objectives, and targets to meet or exceed sales goals for the assigned region in Ukraine.

2. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and inspire a team of 5 managers and 30 employees in total
    - Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching and mentoring, and facilitate career development opportunities.
    - Cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team.
 
 3. Key Account Management:
    - Foster and maintain strong relationships with local key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring we deliver exceptional value.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with local key accounts to drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
 
 4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    - Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance, utilizing data-driven insights to implement improvements and meet KPIs.

5. Strategic Sales Initiatives:
    - Develop and lead strategic sales initiatives and projects to increase market share and revenue in the region.
    - Innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of industry trends.
-     Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, leveraging data to shape sales strategies.
 
 6. Budget Management:
    - Develop and oversee the budget for the field sales team, optimizing resource allocation and managing expenses efficiently.
 
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    - Collaborate closely with other departments, to ensure alignment of strategies and successful execution.

    Qualifications:

 - Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales management, with a strong track record in the Ukraine market.
 - Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
 - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
 - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
 - In-depth knowledge of local key accounts and sales channels in Ukraine.
 - Proficiency in sales analysis tools and CRM systems.
 - Fluent in both Ukrainian and English.
