Window Repair NYC, one of the area's fastest-growing window and door companies, is seeking a Sales Director to join our team. We are proud to be recognized as a TOP 5 window company, with exceptional ratings on Angie's List (A+), Home Advisor, Yelp, and Google Maps. What sets us apart is our unique offering – we not only sell windows and doors, but we also specialize in repairing them.

Position Overview:As the Sales Director, you will spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies, lead our sales team, and nurture client relationships. Your role will be pivotal in achieving revenue targets, expanding our market share, and driving the success of our window repair business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  2. Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to maximize team performance.
    • Set clear performance expectations and monitor progress against sales goals.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful promotional materials and campaigns.
  4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Implement robust sales forecasting processes and provide regular performance reports.
    • Utilize analytics tools to gain insights into sales trends and make data-driven decisions.
    • Keep the executive team informed of sales metrics, achievements, and challenges.
  5. Strategic Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for market expansion.
    • Participate in industry events and networking activities to build relationships and stay informed.

We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 3 pm till midnight. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
  • Track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
