Key Account Manager
About the candidate:
We are seeking a result orientated and highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our dynamic company. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring SMS traffic, developing testing programs in close cooperation with the technical and testing departments, as well as taking the initiative to implement new algorithms to increase traffic in the whole company.
Job Role:
- Filing daily reports to the client.
- Tracking timely receipt of reports from partners.
- Interacting with the client on any issues regarding traffic drop/increase/ testing of certain services/smart testing.
- Timely submission of information on introduction of new testing algorithm/change of numbers/additional numbers to technical/analytical department.
- Timely monitoring/processing of data and notification of ambiguities in reports to technical/analytical department.
- Tracking of correct work of SIM cards.
- Daily analysis and control of sms receipt in full volume based on monthly norm (report of our analysts, report of partner ).
- Replacement of SIM cards IMSI ID (interaction with testing department/partner).
- SIM card recharge tracking (interaction with testing department).
- Flashcalls (interaction with testing department).
- Analytics of SIM cards operation in home network and roaming network.
- Analyzing the work of new testing algorithms/conclusions on further implementation in the permanent slave if the algorithm is new/not tested on the operator.
- Constant interaction/ collaboration with the analytics department of the company.
- Constant work on finding new applications in liaison with testing department.
- Requests for updated service lists from the partner.
- Daily interaction with all departments of the company.
Experience:
- Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with international clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in presenting ideas and negotiating terms with clients and colleagues.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent concentration skills to manage complex data and intricate client details.
- Proficiency in working with numbers, including analyzing financial data, creating reports, and making data-driven decisions.
- Previous experience in key account management is not required.
