Overview
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support a large-scale client outreach initiative. This role focuses on contacting existing clients, guiding them through a required merchant service PIN pad firmware upgrade, and assisting with onboarding to our internal B2B system. The position is straightforward, process-driven, and ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling high-volume outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to a high volume of existing clients (phone, email, or messaging) to coordinate firmware upgrades for merchant service PIN pads
- Clearly explain the upgrade process and its importance to clients
- Guide clients step-by-step through completing the firmware update
- Assist clients in setting up and connecting to the internal B2B system
- Track outreach progress and maintain accurate records of client status
- Follow up with clients who have not completed the upgrade
- Escalate technical issues or complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (clear, friendly, and professional)
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and sending emails daily
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
