Offer Manager

Schneider Electric in Ukraine is looking for a talented Junior Operational Offer Manager to strengthen marketing team in Kyiv. The  Offer Manager will report in a matrix organization, to the country marketing director, and to Central East European Zone VP.

Key products:

1. Air Circuit Breakers: B2 EasyPact MVS 06-4, ComPacT NS, EasyPact MVS, MasterPact, MasterPact NW, MasterPact MTZ Active 
2. Busway Power: High power busways, Lighting busway med, Low power busways, Medium power busways
3. LV Functional Enclosures: Linergy, Okken, PrismaSeT, BlockSet

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support: offer consultative support to sales teams, partners, and end-users.
2. New Product Launch: develop and implement product launch plan, price positioning, certification processes, trainings, Demo equipment development, 
3. Documentation & Marketing Materials: develop technical presentations, catalogues, manuals, and other supporting documents, create promotional materials.
4. Training & Enablement: organize and conduct training sessions, seminars, and technical workshops for internal teams, partners, and customers.
5. Sales Strategy & Promotion: develop and execute product launch plans, including e-commerce readiness and certification. Lead promotional campaigns and coordinate with sales channels to ensure successful execution.
6. Pricing & Market Positioning: define pricing strategies and market positioning. Analyse competitor pricing and adjust strategies accordingly.
7. Sales Forecasting & Stock Management: organize sales forecasting processes and manage inventory based on analytics and team inputs.
8. Marketing Planning: Create marketing plans and organize activities such as presentations, exhibitions, and negotiations.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with channel leaders to develop promotions, training programs, and initiatives for clients and employees.

What will help you to be successful?

1. Higher education in Electrical engineering (mandatory).
2. Experience in Product Management, Technical or B2B Marketing, preferably in the electrical / power equipment industry.
3. Understanding of electrical market and low-voltage power products (ACB, busway systems, LV enclosures).
4. Nice to have - Experience in new product launches, including go?to?market, pricing, positioning, and public speaking.
5. Ability to provide technical and consultative support to sales teams, partners, and customers.
6. Strong skills in creating technical and marketing materials (presentations, catalogues, manuals).
7. Understanding of pricing strategy, competitor analysis, and market positioning.
8. Strong analytical skills, result?oriented mindset.
9. High level of self?organisation, accountability, and ownership.
10. Adaptability, openness to innovation.
11. English – minimum B1 level.
