Performance marketing specialist: Ads & Affiliate Program

We require an experienced Performance marketing specialist who has a rock solid track record with profitable international expansion via Google ads and affiliate programs. Deep experience in targeting and optimization for conversion through deployment of best practices onsite and in Google Ads. This involves creating and managing campaigns, analyzing data to optimize performance, and building relationships with affiliate partners to expand reach and drive conversions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and implementing advertising campaigns strategies across various channels;

• Creating and optimizing ad campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition;

• Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance and reach the target audience effectively; 

• Monitoring ad performance metrics and analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

• Managing budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment:

• Collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions;

• Building and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners to recruit new affiliates, negotiate terms, and optimize performance;

• Providing ongoing support and guidance to affiliates, including supplying marketing materials, tracking performance, and resolving issues;

• Monitoring affiliate performance and compliance with program terms, identifying top performers, and implementing strategies to incentivize and reward them;

• Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in advertising platforms and affiliate marketing regulations to ensure campaigns remain effective and compliant.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a performance marketing specialist;

• Experience with B2C products in a high competition niche;

• Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google ads, SemRush, Facebook Ads Manager, etc;

• Strong analytical skills and crucial for analyzing campaign performance data, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions;

• A solid understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, including affiliate networks, tracking mechanisms, commission structures, and performance metrics;

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;

• English level - advanced or higher;

• Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate with affiliate partners, negotiating terms and providing support to affiliates.
