You will be responsible for the technical and functional quality of our softwares, which means that no feature or fixes will be released without your approval!We work in the European and North American markets, so proficiency in English is necessary.What if you had functional suggestions? Required skills:
At least 3 years of experience in QA Testing/Development
Good English, especially for reading and writing
Curious and attentive to details
Strong technical background: SQL, API, bug reports
Experience with writing scripts on Selenium
Experience working closely with a Development Team
Responsibilities:
Implementing your own test strategy
Running your tests according to the sprints on all web browsers and devices if necessary
Managing the end-users' feedbacks (issue tickets) in terms of reproducibility, qualification of impact – together with the Head of Products - and follow up
Handling exchanges with the Dev Team to explain the issues and ensure fixing
Review claims flow and suggest test automation
