Transfer pricing (TP) is the sale of goods or services between members of the same group of companies, as well as the provision of loans, credits, licenses. The shopping center controls that the operations carried out between members of the same group of companies are carried out in accordance with market conditions. Our team's job is to validate the client's transaction so that it meets the market conditions. The team analyzes the client's activity and compares the profitability of such a transaction in similar companies on the market. The final stage of the work is the writing of documentation from the shopping center.
Responsibilities: You will participate in various types of tasks, ranging from comparative studies to projects for the preparation of local pricing documentation. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Conducting comparative studies (search for companies/contracts to determine comparability with the client) using databases and open sources of information.
- Conducting industry and market analysis;
- Writing comparative reports for each transaction;
- Review and analysis of documents and information prepared and provided by clients;
- Preparation and updating of pricing documentation.
Basic requirements:
- higher education (economic or legal education will be an advantage);
- analytical skills and attention to detail;
- good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word;
- written and spoken English (B1-B2);
Main duties in the position :
- writing and submitting reports;
- implementation of information analysis;
- research of the national and foreign market.
