Product Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join one of our fast growing businesses, Liven.

Liven is a wellbeing platform. We integrate knowledge of human behavior into users' daily lives, empowering them to optimize their emotional wellbeing.

We make behavioral techniques accessible to individuals, enabling them to reduce procrastination and stress, enhance focus and energy levels, and improve their overall wellbeing.

Liven, launched in early 2023, has rapidly expanded over the past months, growing from a team of 3 to 40 individuals. Backed by strong unit economics and fueled by impressive growth, we are now offering a unique opportunity for talented individuals to join our high-performing team.

At Liven, we defy the conventional notion of linear career paths, encouraging every new team member to drive their own initiatives beyond their scope.

You will:
— Lead the entire funnel development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development and analysis;
— Evaluate and implement effective monetization strategies to drive accelerated growth;
— Define, test, and refine the core value proposition of marketing funnels based on a deep understanding of customer needs and business insights;
— Implement various growth hacking techniques to enhance user acquisition and conversion rates;
— Craft compelling marketing messages and claims to highlight Liven's benefits;
— Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy;
— Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, design, and product teams to achieve business objectives.

You have:
— Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or in a similar role;
— Strong focus on monetization strategies and conversion rate optimization;
— Proficient in A/B testing, market research, and utilizing analytics data;
— Deep understanding of the well-being niche, market dynamics, and core consumer audience;
— Skilled in analyzing complex data and drawing actionable insights;
— Ability to collaborate efficiently with the engineering team;
— Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven approach;
— Ability to work independently with minimal guidance;
— Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
