Senior Full Stack Developer (PHP and React)

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong blend of technical prowess and managerial acumen, poised to tackle challenges from senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead with strong backend software development skills
- Proven prowess with PHP and React (with React Native or Next.js framework)
- Mastery of RESTful API development.
- In-depth understanding of MySQL and Redis.
- Familiarity with Kafka
- Acquaintance with TypeScript
- Fluent English
Desirable requirements:
- Node.js proficiency, especially with WebSockets.
- Experience working with unit and integration testing frameworks.
Functions:
- Architect, design, and develop innovative solutions for our platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design,
- to ensure seamless alignment and delivery of an optimal solution.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by evolving architecture, tech stack, code reviews, and PR merges.
- Act as a guiding light, addressing problems/blockers/issues for our sizable technical teams.
