Key Responsibilities
- Contribute as a core team member to business, equity, and intangible asset valuation engagements
- Perform financial analysis of historical performance, forecasts, and business plans
- Develop, review, and maintain complex financial and valuation models
- Conduct industry, market, and company-level research to support valuation conclusions
- Prepare high?quality written reports, presentations, and client deliverables
- Interact professionally with client management and representatives of target companies
- Support project management activities and mentor junior team members as appropriate.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of relevant experience in valuation, investment analysis, transaction services, or corporate finance
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques (income, market, and cost approaches)
- Understanding of the application of valuation approaches within Ukrainian valuation practice
- Sound knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- ACCA and/or CFA qualification (completed or in progress) is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation and commitment to continuous professional development.
