Key Responsibilities

• Contribute as a core team member to business, equity, and intangible asset valuation engagements
• Perform financial analysis of historical performance, forecasts, and business plans
• Develop, review, and maintain complex financial and valuation models
• Conduct industry, market, and company-level research to support valuation conclusions
• Prepare high?quality written reports, presentations, and client deliverables
• Interact professionally with client management and representatives of target companies
• Support project management activities and mentor junior team members as appropriate.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of relevant experience in valuation, investment analysis, transaction services, or corporate finance
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques (income, market, and cost approaches)
• Understanding of the application of valuation approaches within Ukrainian valuation practice
• Sound knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• ACCA and/or CFA qualification (completed or in progress) is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
• High level of motivation and commitment to continuous professional development.
