What you'll contribute?

• 1+ year of experience at a legal consultant/associate position, but willing to consider candidates without experience;
• Good knowledge of Labor and Corporate law;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Ukrainian;
• University (institute) degree in law or master's student;
• Studies (e.g., LLM) in a recognized foreign university/college is a plus, not a must;
• Goal-oriented, ambitious and ready to work hard;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stress resistant;
• Team player;
• Demonstrating drive and resilience;
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Good analytical and organizational skills;
• Friendly, confident, attentive to details;

You are going to deal with:

•  Prepare legal advice, memoranda, draft contracts, engage in DD legal assignments, etc.
• Under counsel's / senior consultant’s supervision draft proposals and responses to clients' requests;
• Participate in client meetings and conference calls;
• Report to a counsel on the progress with client engagements;
• Cooperate with junior staff, share experience and feedback;
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
