AB InBev Efes Ukraine, World’s largest brewing company, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Specialist position.
Main accountabilities:
- Work in close collaboration with the Regional Quality Compliance Managers, Regional Procurement, Zone Brewery Support, Zone Innovation and Technology Center and AB InBev Efes Suppliers;
- Maintain network of specialists within AB InBev Efes supply base (internal & external suppliers and independent institutes);
- Maintain a knowledge base of industry standards, supplier equipment, suppliers production processes, supplier raw materials and supplier quality assurance.(Functional and Food Safety)
- Lead/Assist in building, implementing and monitoring of:
- Suppliers validation and audit follow-up (improvement programs, reviews of poor performance suppliers);
- General Technical Specifications for all materials within scope;
- System enabling correct registration and updating of material specifications;
- Updating and signing of material specifications by suppliers;
- Supplier factory audit criteria and frequency;
- Raw and Packaging Materials approvals (SQA part);
- Materials article templates;
- Brewery minimum mandatory sampling plan;
- Complaints management and tracking system;
- Standards and tracking for Key Performance Indicators;
- Training a network of auditors and internal stakeholders who support SQA system;
- Complex supplier complaints;
- SQA MCRS/reporting;
- No direct reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent by business experience, preferably Chemistry, Food Chemistry or Technology;
- Understanding of:
- brewing and packaging processes;
- production methods of the raw- and packaging materials;
- major quality systems and related statistical analysis;
- possible contaminants and HACCP of materials in scope;
- Strong leadership and communication skills (working with suppliers);
- Proficient technical English;
- Proficient MS Office.
