About the role
We are looking for a Finance manager who will be responsible for the accounting and finance processes of several companies located across the globe. It includes: dealing with international auditors, banking, and payment systems, GDPR, accountancy, and finance of different countries.
We are looking for a candidate who has good communication skills, able to adapt quickly, can find compromises, and manage risks.

Your impact
Working with financial documents:
- Providing documents for accountant-outsourcers to ensure complete and accurate local statutory reporting. Reviewing the records. Liaising with the statutory auditors.
- Issuing and receiving invoices.
- Working closely with the accounting teams of our clients to manage payment-related issues.
Working with legal documents:
- Proofreading and coordination of clients documents.
We are looking for someone who has
- 2+ years of experience in international companies (preferably in IT).
- Upper-intermediate English (fluent finance language is highly desirable).
- Knowledge of Quickbook (able to set up CoA and bank accounts, input bank feeds, and form the basic reports).
- Knowledge of finance functions work in a multinational environment (we can teach specifics if needed).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work with international documents: reports, contracts, invoices, etc.
- Understanding of how international banking systems and financial platforms work.
- High motivation and fast learning skills.
