ASUS Ukraine has a great opportunity that has arisen within our dedicated Marketing & Insight Team for a Marketing Assistant. You will support the team with the delivery of all our marketing strategies and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the CRM system to ensure data and results specifics are correct. Undertake regular updates and quality checks to ensure the correct information is issued
- Work with internal MKT system, support the team maintenance of all MKT trackers. Reports providing (simple, frequent)
- Work with MKT materials stock management (POS, souvenirs, channel assets)
- Work with external agencies to manage the roll-out of approved advertising designs, layouts and concepts
- Layouts management with the designer (resizing, small changes, timing management)
- Events organization support (orders, registrations, etc)
- Packing, unpacking, and post sending devices to media (if not in Kyiv)
What you’ll need
- Proficiency in using and managing CRM/CMS systems and other communication systems, including SharePoint, Teams, and the full MS Office Suite will be a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- Proficiency in English - B2
- A Degree in marketing or finance will be a plus
- Previous experience with similar functionality in international companies or agencies
