ZIKZAK is engaged in the development of design projects for commercial and private facilities, architectural design.
And now we are looking for an experienced and self-organized Project manager (architect) who lives in Cyprus!

Skills required:
- Experience designing commercial or (and) residential interiors.
- Relevant experience as PM is a must!
- Sound experience (3+years) in Autodesk REVIT or ArchiCAD, with successful, implemented projects.
- Good knowledge of project management and regulatory documentation.
- Fluent written and spoken English, Greek language would be a plus. As you will work closely with the team in Ukraine, it would be great to speak Ukrainian, or at least Russian languages!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Negotiate with customers, contractors.
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Perform author’s supervision, according to the schedule: ensure that the project is delivered on-time, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Work closely with the team in Ukraine.
