Client Manager
Currently, we are looking for a promising Client Manager (US Market).
Required skills:
• Work experience from 2 years in the position of developing relationships with clients;
• Knowledge of the design and implementation process;
• Knowledge of business communication standards;
• Fluent English (excellent spoken and written communication skills);
• Proven experience with MS Excel;
• Desirable experience in making reports;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• High level of accuracy, responsibility and reliability.
Main responsibilities:
• Processes all sources of requests from customers (website, corporate mail, phone call etc.), enters the contact into the database of incoming leads;
• Organizes and conducts preliminary negotiations with clients, clarifies the needs of each specific client and prepares an offer;
• Plans work with clients, draws up schemes for contacting clients;
• Transfers the Technical Assignment to the Account Manager for the preparation of a Commercial Offer;
• Establishes feedback with clients (studies their requirements for the project, establishes the reasons for client dissatisfaction with the joint work, analyzes customer complaints and takes all measures to resolve them and maintain business ties);
• Forms a database of customers (customer base), timely makes changes to it;
• Issues reports to the Direct manager on clients and current statuses.
