Recruiter / HR Generalist
We are looking for a colleague who combines the skills of both a recruiter and an HR generalist in Lviv or Kharkiv.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, knows how to build effective processes, and is ready to support the team’s growth at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment (60% of time):
- Full-cycle recruitment: from gathering requirements to onboarding new employees.
- Active candidate sourcing (Boolean/X-Ray search, LinkedIn, professional platforms).
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
- Building partnership-based relationships with hiring managers.
HR Generalist (40% of time):
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Providing consultations to employees on company policies and procedures.
- Participating in projects focused on corporate culture, engagement, and retention.
- Administrative support of HR processes (documentation, HRIS).
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (mandatory).
- Understanding of modern sourcing and talent acquisition tools.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
