Social Media Services Associate with knowledge of Polish

You are:
- A digital enthusiast with knowledge and strong interest in online environment (eRetail platforms, Social Media, Forums, etc.)
- A professional with great analytical skills;
- Confident user of MS Excel, MS Power Point;
- An expert with the ability to deliver detail reporting;
- Confident in English on Advanced level (both written and verbal);
- Polish language on at least Intermediate level
- A great communicator and a team player.
With you we will:
- Analyze online data that is relevant to Brands/Nestle based on sentiment, product category, marketing activities (Product experience, Packaging, Customer Relations management);
- Monitor of owned Nestle online channels and engage with consumers using appropriate tone-of-voice depending on the channel. Send posts to the relevant markets, post responses to questions, complains and inquiries;
- Align on strategy and Brand updates with stakeholders regarding processing of consumer requests on regular online meetings;
- Provide alerts about all online Nestle social media channels;
- Work model: Monday-Friday 09:00 - 18:00
