You are:
A digital enthusiast with knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
A professional with great analytical skills;
Confident user of MS Excel, MS Power Point;
An expert with the ability to deliver detail reporting;
Confident in English on Advanced level (both written and verbal);
A great communicator and a team player.
With you we will:
Monitor of owned Nestle social media channels and engage with consumers using appropriate tone-of-voice depending on the channel. Send posts to the relevant markets, post responses to questions, complains and inquiries;
Monitor and analyze online contents regarding Nestle and its brands in the media and social networks and prepare reports using web analytics application;
Provide alerts about all online Nestle social media channels;
Collect, structure and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver clear insights to stakeholders;
