You are:  

• A digital enthusiast with knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)  

• A professional with great analytical skills;  

• Confident user of MS Excel, MS Power Point;  

• Confident in English on Intermediate level (both written and verbal);  

• A great communicator and a team player.  

With you we will:  

• Monitor of owned Nestle online channels and engage with consumers using appropriate tone-of-voice depending on the channel. Send posts to the market, post responses to questions, complains and inquiries;  

• Timely response to consumer inquiries via written channels (e-mail, Contact us forms), Social Media channels and phone line;   

• Provide required information using available resources;    

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved 

• Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following the specific guidelines 

• Provide required information using available resources;    

• Redirect consumers questions to appropriate stakeholders in case of impossibility in providing an answer
