Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Category Production Planner position in Coffee Business in Kyiv.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide production plans to factory based on stocks & business plans;
- Participate & lead meetings related to Production Planning (local & with regional team);
- Contribute to stock policy optimization while improving product availability;
- Ensure correct requirements on raw & pack materials;
- Coordinate process of Raw & Pack write off minimization;
- Challenge factory and procurement to optimize batch sizes, reduce constraints;
- Actively participate and contribute to Innovation & Renovation process & other business events;
- Provide efficient SAP usage and master data management;
- Align maintenance plan with factory considering business plans;
- Establish and sustain reliable cross functional collaboration.
Main requirements:
- University degree (Logistics, Business Management, Economics, or Planning are preferable);
- 1+ years of relevant operational experience in Production and Supply Planning;
- Good knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain processes;
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills;
- Good planning skills;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Written and spoken upper-intermediate English.
