An international company specializing in online traffic and collaborating with major industry players is seeking a Director of Partner Relations & Growth to accelerate business expansion and strengthen strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
5–8+ years of experience in sales for large clients or team management, with at least 3 years of experience in team leadership.
In-depth understanding of performance and affiliate marketing, experience working with direct advertisers and brands.
Experience working with US and EU clients across key verticals: eCommerce, social networking, gaming (mobile & desktop), utilities, insurance, home improvement, social casino, finance, etc. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
Proven track record of securing multi-million-dollar, long-term partnerships, both domestically and globally.
Strong leadership and analytical skills, with experience in CRM systems and cross-department collaboration.
Experience in initiating and developing promotional activities in collaboration with marketing teams to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
Ability to expand client portfolios and drive revenue growth through new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets aligned with company goals and market trends.
2) Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship, motivation, and performance management.
3) Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
4) Secure multi-million-dollar, long-term partnerships with clients, both domestically and globally.
5) Sell digital media solutions on major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Microsoft, and others, across desktop and mobile app traffic.
6) Have experience in performance marketing, working with both affiliate clients and direct advertisers/brands to drive results - Lead negotiations and sales processes with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
7) Collaborate cross-functionally with media planners, technical, finance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies.
8) Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base and identifying new business opportunities.
9) Represent the company at professional digital marketing conferences and industry events.
10) Implement and optimize CRM systems to support and streamline sales activities.
11) Develop and manage external referral programs and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
12) Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
13) Maintain a deep understanding of media platform policies and industry regulations to ensure compliance and effectiveness in sales strategies.
