Procurement specialist

CEMARK (a CRH company) is seeking for a Procurement specialist who will supply timely and high-quality procurement of the company's enterprises with necessary goods and materials (goods, works, services) with optimal costs and prevention of downtime. 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Procurement specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing relationships with suppliers to ensure the procurement of high-quality goods and services. The Sourcing Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing costs, maintaining supplier. The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Research and identify potential suppliers based on business needs. 
• Evaluate suppliers on criteria such as quality, cost, and reliability.
• Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements.
• Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Continuously analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve supplier issues promptly and effectively.

Candidate`s profile and requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of market trends and sourcing best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
