If you are looking for new opportunities, the administrative department has announced a competition to fill the vacant position " Administrative Specialist" at the address: complex "Yamelnia 1" c. Zhornyska, Yavorivskyi district, Lviv region.
Requirements:
- Work experience from 1 year
- High communication skills
- Responsibility, attentiveness and punctuality
- Medical education is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Providing departments with the necessary goods (stationery, household goods, etc.)
- Document management at the enterprise
- Cooperation with counterparties (signing contracts, entering invoices in 1C, etc.)
- Interaction with department heads (hotel reservations, railway, air ticket bookings
- Active participation in office life, help in organizing various activities.
