Marketing & Communication Manager (Дніпро)

Our client, a German company that is one of the world's leading manufacturers of quality wheels and wheelsets for all types of rail vehicles, is looking for Marketing & Communication Manager in Dnipro or other cities, Ukraine. From trams to high speed trains, the company moves goods and people on all continents and have held a leading position in the development of innovative concepts for rolling traffic for decades. These successes are also the result of consistently focusing on the needs of its customers and continuously promoting the skills of its employees.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support in the continuous development of the company’s marketing activities;
• Systematic observation of the competition;
• Development of company-wide templates (e.g. presentation slides) in line with the corporate design and marketing materials in close coordination with specialist departments and marketing managers;
• Taking on administrative tasks such as maintaining press distribution lists and preparing press materials;
• Supporting and updating the company's web and social media activities;
• Work with social media resources and independent planning in cooperation with the specialist departments (images, content);
• Maintenance and development of the website in collaboration with the specialist departments;
• Proposing social media activities and new strategies (e.g. LinkedIn, etc.) that the company is not pursuing today.

Your requirements:

• Completed university education in Marketing or PR field and several years of professional experience as a Marketing manager;
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Power Point;
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Strong time management and organizational abilities;
• High self-motivation, flexibility, team spirit, and resilience;
• High level of English and German languages.
