Objective:
We seek a proactive and dynamic onboarding manager to help us attract and retain US and European users.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (C1 level)
Basic understanding of SEO principles and Link Building, or the ability to learn quickly (it’s even better)
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for video calls and correspondence
High level of proactivity and a strong work ethic
Passion for development and achieving results
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct video demos to showcase our product to clients
Perform product interviews in collaboration with the Product Manager
Be part of experimenting with various channels (LinkedIn, Email, etc.) to convert more users to demos
Analyze user data and share insights with the team to improve our services
