Executive Support Analyst

To make our Administrative Office more stronger we are looking for aadditional teammate for full-time position of Executive Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Extract, interpret, and present data from internal reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets to support business insights.
• Collaborate on executive reporting, data quality checks, and preparation of support materials.
• Support internal KPI and performance tracking efforts.
• Manage daily administrative activities for senior management, including task tracking.
• Provide high-level support to the EA to CEO/SMT Support Manager and SMT members, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively.
• Maintain structured electronic filing systems and implement document version control best practices.
• Develop and refine internal office systems to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Working closely with the Executive Travel Coordinator to plan and coordinate international travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist with logistics and planning for company meetings, conferences, and events.
• Prepare,submit, and track expense reports and invoices, maintaining data accuracy and supporting month-end reconciliations.
• Reconcile corporate credit card statements in line with deadlines.
• Assist with preparation and follow-up for quarterly All Employee meetings and other senior team sessions.
• Create and edit presentations and meeting documentation.
• Support project-based activities across departments, including data entry, market research, and information gathering.
• Provide backup coverage for the EA to CEO/SMT Support Manager and Executive Travel Coordinator during absence or peak workload periods.

Requirements:

• Degree in Analytics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an analyst/executive support role, particularlyin environments requiring data-drivendecision making.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solvingcapabilities.
• Experience in a senior administrative or executivesupport role.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information withdiscretion.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in multinational or cross-functionalenvironments is highly desirable.

Skills, Knowledge, and Special Qualities

• High proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas,basic data visualisation), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyse data and present insights clearly.
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, andorganisational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain flexiblein a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability toanticipate needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborativemindset.
