REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position such as NOC/Tech Support engineer
- Basic Linux OS knowledge (Ubuntu, Redhat)
- Network troubleshooting and configuration
- Basic Bash knowledge
- Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus) and principles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, drive to prevent incidents
- Be innovative, learn new tools and best practices
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI)
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes
- Implement monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Collaborate with development teams using Git for version control
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the NOC team to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure up-to-date and accessible documentation from DevOps for the NOC team
- Manage team schedules, ensuring 24/7 coverage and balanced workloads
