Position Overview:
As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and engaging with influencers across various platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. Your expertise will drive our influencer marketing strategies, ensuring effective collaborations that enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
Analyze influencer statistics, including reach, engagement rates, and audience demographics, to assess potential partnerships.
Negotiate contracts and purchase advertising placements from selected influencers.
Monitor and oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon deliverables.
Compile and present detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
Proficiency in using analytical tools and services to evaluate influencer performance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
