Multi Sectorial Trainers in Ukraine
Who we are
Ektimisi is a consulting firm specialised in third-party monitoring (TPM), evaluations, research, and capacity building. We work with NGOs in Ukraine, and we are expanding our pool of field trainers to support potential upcoming training assignments (online and/or face-to-face).
What we are looking for
We are looking for experienced multi-sectoral trainers based in Ukraine and (remotely) who can deliver practical, context-appropriate trainings, primarily in SME support (economic empowerment), agriculture, and construction, and potentially in other related topics included in the call. This is not a full time job.
Summary of responsibilities
The trainer will conduct a training needs assessment, analyse findings and write a short training needs report, develop a curriculum and training materials, deliver trainings and coaching sessions (online and/or face-to-face), collect participant feedback and pre/post-tests, and submit a final training report with results and recommendations.
Required qualifications
Applicants should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 years delivering training, with proven expertise in at least one of the listed sectors. Fluency in Ukrainian is required, and English is highly preferable. The trainer must have strong facilitation and communication skills, be able to develop curricula and materials, write short reports, use basic computer tools for training delivery, and travel within Ukraine when required.
