Amazon Account & Launch Manager (PL)
We are Unity ELD LLC, a successful American company with over 4 years of experience in logistics and services for trucking companies. We're expanding our presence on Amazon, selling through Wholesale and Private Label models. To further develop our Amazon business, we're seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead our existing team and drive growth.
Your Role:
You will lead our Amazon operations, overseeing a team of specialists and managing our established store. Your expertise in product selection, launch strategies, and team management will be crucial to expanding our product offerings and maximizing sales.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record: Successful experience in finding, launching, and selling Private Label products on Amazon.
- Leadership skills: Ability to manage and motivate a team of Amazon specialists.
- Excellent communication: Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Amazon expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of Amazon policies and best practices.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to minimize losses from unsuccessful launches and optimize sales strategies.
- Multitasking ability: Efficient and effective in completing tasks.
- Decisive: Able to take responsibility and make informed decisions.
- Analytical and creative: Can analyze data and apply creative solutions for marketing optimization.
- Self-motivated: Eager to learn and find necessary information independently.
- Bonus: Experience with Shopify is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of Amazon specialists.
- Product Management: Oversee product selection, supplier negotiations, launch strategies, and listing optimization.
- Advertising: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns.
- Customer Support: Ensure excellent communication with customers.
- Store Operations: Manage listings, participate in deals, handle hijackers, and resolve account issues (with freelancer support).
- Sales Growth: Research and implement new tools and strategies to boost sales.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with Amazon Support to resolve critical issues.
