Truck dispatcher (USA Market, FLAT BED division)
Altex Logistics is a rapidly growing logistics company based in the USA with an office in Lviv. We are currently looking for a Truck Dispatcher to join our team and help us manage our operations in the USA market.
Responsibilities:
- Booking loads
- Coordinate and schedule truck drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve any issues or delays in transportation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a FLAT BED truck dispatcher is a MUST
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry practices
- Proficiency in English is a must
