Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Ability to create and effectively manage marketing teams;
Strong knowledge of key digital marketing indicators and proficiency in utilizing them to evaluate work;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in gambling/betting;
Upper intermediate level of English proficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage the product marketing department, encompassing the casino, sports, and e-sports sectors;
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for 10+ operational regions, specifically the CIS and Latin America;
Oversee operational and retention marketing activities within the company;
Lead and set goals for business leaders in CRM, SMM, SEO, Content, and Product Marketing;
Create and coordinate the company's marketing plan, defining goals and establishing methodologies for achieving them;
Interact with regional managers to remain up-to-date on local newsworthy events;
Develop regional marketing initiatives and campaigns;
Exercise control over marketing plan segments, regularly refining mechanics and segmentation techniques;
Evaluate the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of all promotional activities;
Automate processes through the utilization of an internal marketing platform;
Approve launched marketing campaigns and promotions;
Collaborate with external marketing teams to establish a continuous funnel for retaining acquired players;
Interact with the Call-center team to ensure alignment and support for marketing efforts;
Engage with the Product Owner to enhance product capabilities and the admin panel based on marketing needs and requests;
Collaborate with the marketing admin team development team, overseeing backlog management and task prioritization;
Optimize the marketing platform, serving as the primary tool for the marketing team;
Regularly monitor statistics, key product KPIs, and analytical indicators.
