Producer for 3D and Motion Design Team

Creative digital content provider for pharmaceutical industry INCHKYIV is looking for Project Manager\Producer to join our team. This is position for energetic and passionate person with experience in managing team of creative professionals and delivering top  quality media assets to clients.

 Job Description

Full time job focused on managing production and post-production pipeline for creating animation, videos, motion graphic components of presentations, games and apps. You wilI be managing small team of video editors, motion graphics and 3D artists, engaging perfect  workflows using time planning and budget estimations. You will be working closely with multi-disciplinary team of designers, software developers, UX\UI designers, taking part in VR, AR and web projects. Position also requires occasional video\photo shooting sessions management and arrangements.

Required qualifications 

Experience in similar roles is a must: video production\post production producer, project manager in media company, producer in digital agency, game dev producer.

Competent estimation of time and resources needed for completing tasks, based on expert value estimations and stakeholders requirements. Experience in managing tasks using CRM systems and task trackers. Regular team meetings arrangement and status reports.

Overall computer literacy, MS Office software pro user.

Hand-on knowledge in video editing\motion design will be a huge plus. 3D software skills will be a huge plus.

Excellent knowledge of modern digital video and audio delivery formats.
