Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead and oversee all procurement activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong B2B experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of cost analysis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a remote setting while effectively managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full procurement cycle for the company
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals
Source, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality materials
Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors
Monitor market trends and adapt procurement plans accordingly
Collaborate with internal departments to forecast material needs
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
Maintain detailed procurement records and manage supplier contracts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role
Strong B2B procurement background with excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
English proficiency at B2 level or higher; additional languages are a plus
Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle multiple priorities
Solid understanding of unit cost calculations, volume discounts, and total cost of ownership
Practical knowledge of how pricing is influenced by various factors in procurement
Basic math skills and the ability to apply them effectively in real-world procurement scenarios
