Soufflet Agro Ukraine company looking for Supply Chain Manager (seeds, crop protection products, fertilizers)
Missions:
- Supplier follow up and daily procurement management;
- Operational purchases management according to commercial policy and stocks;
- Distribution strategy management based on commercial plan
- Strategic volumes dispatching;
- Cross docking strategy;
- Performance management (Costs, efficiency and service);
- Transport performance;
- Warehouses performance;
- Stock performance (level, expiration management…).
Skills:
- Performance and process oriented mindset;
- Ability to propose innovative solutions for distribution;
- Ability to understand complex supply chain from supplier to customer;
- Autonomy and proactivity;
- Project management;
- Lean 6Sigma;
- BI / SAP / Computer skills;
- English;
- Experience within the agro industry.
