We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean PCs from previous users, install/update required software (Apps, Windows), tracking licenses statuses
- Manage all internet-connected questions (server room troubleshooting, personal requests from team, internet provider communication)
- Set up individual workplace/PCs in rooms for candidates/new employees, tracking state of company equipment, work with documents
- Order required equipment, take/send equipment for repairing when needed, research new technologies of PC
- Manage budget to purchase Hardware in accordance with recruitment plan and report to financial department
- Help to solve software/hardware issues in accordance with developed process and team needs
Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows OS, computer, networks, server equipment
- Experience in server equipment administration
- Experience in administering computer and office equipment
- Minimum English proficiency level of B2
- Knowledge of Autodesk software and construction-related programs is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail, diligence, and ability to work with documents, numbers, and spreadsheets
A significant advantage would be experience as a sysadmin in a company that works with Autodesk for at least 1 year
