DRCT.aero - is a product company in the civil aviation sector that develops IT solutions for the automation of aviation market players' operations at an international level, helping companies to sell airline tickets more efficiently.

Currently, they are open to finding an autonomous HR Generalist who will help to set up transparent and clear HR processes at all levels of the employee life cycle in the company. We are looking for a professional who is not afraid of obstacles and able to convey his or her opinion and initiatives to the company's stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an HRM or HR Generalist.
  • English B2 and above?.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively interact with various roles at all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in a product company/IT field/startups is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up key HR processes: Recruiting, Onboarding, Adaptation, and Offboarding, with ongoing support.
  • Automating HR processes.
  • Developing and implementing HR initiatives aimed at strengthening the team and business.
  • Organizing the employee evaluation and motivation process together with managers.
  • Handling documentation, approving sick leave/vacations, employee onboarding, and termination.
  • Assisting in improving internal team communication.
  • Implementing HR projects aimed at employee retention and evaluation.
  • Consulting and supporting managers with HR issues.
  • Participation in the organization of corporate events.

Working terms:

  • Hybrid work format and flexible schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
