Onlyplay is an innovative game development company specializing in the creation of unique gaming experiences in the iGaming sector. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our Legal team and provide legal support to the business.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Law.
1+ year of relevant legal experience.
Basic understanding of contract law and contract review principles.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies and potential legal risks.
Ability to work independently and understand when an issue should be escalated to a senior lawyer.
Business English — B2+, Legal English — B2+.
Strong stress resilience, responsibility, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and preparing contracts and other legal documents.
- Prepare amendments, supplementary agreements, appendices, specifications, and other contractual documents.
- Conduct initial legal reviews of agreements received from counterparties and internal teams.
- Review contractual terms for compliance with applicable legislation, internal policies, templates, and company requirements.
- Identify inconsistencies, missing provisions, potentially unfavorable terms, and other contractual risks.
- Escalate complex or potentially significant legal matters to senior members of the Legal team.
- Assist with maintaining and updating contract templates and other legal documentation.
- Conduct basic legal research when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams on contractual and other legal matters.
