Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of Sample Distribution Specialist in Kyiv.
Main Role Responsibilities:
- Samples distribution among Samsung employees and partners, based on Policy of the company;
- Perform samples inventory(quarterly/yearly), making reports to CFO and direct manager;
- Monitor compliance all process with the privacy policy and other internal rules of the company;
- Preparation of the disposal plan of samples and coordination with appropriate departments;
- Control over the delivery and disposal of written off equipment with the provision of photo / video report;
- Control over the correct storage of samples;
- Control of documentation related to the process;
- Support any other connected process (audit requests, HQ requests, employee requests).
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Intermediate spoken English is a must
- 2+ years of relevant experience (Preferred industries: Warehouse management, Sales, Retail, Audit)
University Degree in Technics, Economics
Experience in databases analysis (Excel, Word)
