Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher (USA, no experience)
Atlas Recruiting partners with leading logistics companies across the U.S. to support their rapid team expansion. We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our client - a reputable and fast-growing American logistics company.

Requirements
English level B2+
Experience in sales or customer service would be a benefit.
If you’re not experienced but have confidence and a desire to increase your income, we’re here to teach you everything you need to know.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive, quick decision-maker, eager to earn more.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Negotiate rates for shipments with U.S. customers.
Coordinate shipments and communicate with drivers and carriers.
Track loads, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation in the system.
What We Offer
Base pay $850 + bonuses in USD.
Paid training and onboarding for your successful start.
Work Hours: 3 PM – 1 AM, Monday–Friday
(in-office from 3 PM to 9 PM, then remote until 1 AM).Transparent career growth opportunities.
