International trucking company operating in the U.S. market.
Due to company growth, we are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team and manage freight operations across the United States.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in truck dispatching, understands the U.S. logistics market, and is able to effectively coordinate drivers and shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate drivers during freight operations.
- Work with freight brokers and load boards.
- Plan and optimize routes for efficient deliveries.
- Monitor load pickup and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with drivers and resolve operational issues.
- Track shipment status and update transportation systems.
- Maintain documentation and records in TMS.
- Handle unexpected issues during trips.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers.
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Truck Dispatcher.
- Experience working with the U.S. trucking market .
- English level Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate.
- Experience with DAT, Truckstop or similar load boards.
- Strong understanding of freight dispatch processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible and highly organized.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with dry van / reefer / flatbed operations.
- Experience working with TMS systems.
- Experience managing owner operators or company drivers.
