We are looking for a HR-brand manager for our partner - a multinational IT company (head office in Budapest, Hungary).
Responsibilities
Thoroughly understand and adhere to the rules and principles of hiring on various platforms for finding candidates (Ukraine and the EU).
Publish vacancies on partner sites for search.
Communicate with related departments.
Communicate with managers of partner job posting sites.
Analyze written texts, make crucial corrections and send them out to the world.
Track performance and collect analytics on the results of your work.
Create a favorable image of the HR brand in the external environment.
To look for alternative platforms for hosting.
What company expect from you
At least six months’ experience in HR/marketing/copywriting/SMM to choose from.
Understanding of the principles of building an HR brand.
Experience in recruiting and successful closing of vacancies.
Knowledge of the principles of job search sites and methods of their promotion.
Knowledge of Ukrainian and English (Intermediate+), to use English-language sites and write short letters/communicate with foreign platforms.
Will be a plus
Understanding of SEO basics.
Knowledge of Hungarian
