We have ambitious plans, our team is growing, and we need a system person who will undertake the marketing activities of professional brand development and will be very actively learning all the details of practical marketing in the salon business.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales in the beauty salons.
• Developing and managing relationships with key influencers and glance magazines media
• Creating and managing content for our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials
• Developing marketing materials
• Organize PR and education events 
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends
• Analyzing marketing performance and providing regular reports
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives
• Developing and managing budgets
• Developing and managing marketing plan
• Adopting international launches for Ukrainian market
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the beauty industry or premium segment
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
• An understanding of digital marketing and social media
• English level - intermediate or higher
• And of course, “passion for beauty”
