Product Manager — CNS (Psychiatry)
Location: Kyiv
Role
Own the marketing of original, well-known CNS brands promoted to psychiatrists. Build clear positioning, simple messages, and effective campaigns that support field execution and growth.
Scope
Work with the Business Unit Head on plans and priorities. Coordinate with Medical Affairs on clinical data and education.
Prepare Medical Representatives and Key Account Managers with clear materials, training, and field plans.
What you will do
- Build the annual brand plan and quarterly tactics.
- Define target segments, value propositions, and core claims.
- Create campaigns and detailing content; brief and manage agencies.
- Plan medical education with Medical Affairs; support speaker events.
- Deliver launch and relaunch plans, including training and assets.
- Track performance, gather field insights, and adjust tactics.
- Own marketing budget, forecasts, and content lifecycle (review, update, retire).
- Maintain accurate records in a CRM and shared drive.
Your profile
- 3–5+ years in pharma marketing; CNS or specialty care preferred.
- Strong message crafting and content development skills.
- Comfort with data, forecasting, and simple dashboards.
- Clear communicator; organized, hands-on, deadline-reliable.
- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or Marketing; Ukrainian and professional English.
